Kaleem Malkendy is different – and on Terrestra, different is no way to be.

Everything about Kaleem marks him out from the rest.  The blond hair and dark skin, the humble cave where he lives and the fact that he doesn’t know his father.

He’s used to unwelcome attention - but even so, he’d feel better if some strange old man didn’t keep following him around.

Then the man introduces himself and begins to explain the Babel Prophecy, changing Kaleem’s life forever.

PRAISE FOR 'THE PROPHECY'

For fans of YA sci-fi and dystopia, ['The Prophecy'] is the kind of novel that truly satisfies that desire to explore new worlds.  It's thought-provoking and it's unique.  I enjoyed it whole-heartedly and will be looking forward to visiting Gill James' vision of the future again in the second Peace Child novel.  Those who enjoy stories set in the future should definitely consider giving this out-of-the-ordinary tale a look - Lauren James, I Was A Teenage Book Geek

We are taken on an exciting and eventful journey to the Planet Zandra, where we see Kaleem fulfil his role as the Peace Child.
['The Prophecy'] is a fast paced, easy to read children’s story, with page-turning tension in all the right places - Amanda Donovan, hackwriters.com

This book fascinated me.... science fiction fans should lap it up - Maggie Desmond-O'Brien, maggiesbookshelf.blogspot.com

I really enjoyed Kaleem's character and the mystery surrounding his parents, his birth, and his "occupation". The holoprogrammes were neat and I loved how we were shown the way other people lived on their respective planets.... Overall, the book was enjoyable and I found that as I became more immersed in Kaleem's world, I was left wondering what's going to happen next. I definitely will be picking up the next book in the trilogy when it comes out - Corrine Leegstra,
